INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Bulleit Rye Whiskey 

1/2 ounce simple syrup 

3 dashes Peychaud's bitters 


PREPARATION

Stir ingredients 

Serve in an old fashioned glass with a rinse of Absinthe. Garnish with a lemon peel
