Chuck Roast Rub

1 tsp. granulated garlic 

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tbsp. Kosher salt, plus more to taste

1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary 

1/2 tsp. black pepper, plus more to taste 


In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, chili powder, salt, rosemary, and pepper 

Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the meat. Wrap the seasoned meat tightly in plastic and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
