Once a year, the biggest fans of the gridiron gather to cheer their team. If not “their” team, then the team whose quarterback they like best; or the team they dislike the least; or the team with the best looking uniforms. Or they gather to cheer the end of a seemingly interminable season. Or they gather for the food. No matter what type of fans you’re hosting, we’ve got a menu that will be remembered long after the commercials are forgotten.
First things first. Two words: Bris-Ket. Yes, Brisket. It’s another fundamental of any serious game plan. But, again, because we’re dealing with Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Beef, your hungry guests will be blown away. We recommend you keep this under wraps until halftime. You’re going to want your guests to be able to give this their full attention. Think of the brisket as an insurance policy. No matter what happens with the game, there was your amazing brisket.
Our next play: Burgers. Our ground beef is so juicy and flavorful you might need to replace your living room carpet after the game. We’re kidding. Actually, half-kidding—just be sure you have platters and plenty of napkins on hand when you serve our Bennett's Burger. Worst-case scenario: a couple of shirts will need to go to the laundry. And whatever you do, don’t forget the Beecher’s Flagship or Just Jack Cheese!
You could stop there, but we wouldn’t. With chili being a go-to, game-day play — as American as the game itself — there’s no surprise here. Substitute your favorite ground beef chilli recipe with our Tri-Tip or Chuck-Eye Roll. The Tri-Tip, tender and juicy, a cousin of sirloin, will add such a delicious and toothsome twist that we hope you’ll forgive us that last gratuitous alliteration. And the rich and beefy Chuck-Eye Roll slices will carry the chili spices beautifully. Seriously, talk about taking your chili game up several notches.
Of course, don’t forget the sides. You’re going to want to go for the, ahem, extra point and make our beer-brined chicken wings with red fresno siracha. The siracha will add a distinctive, punchy zing to your already Heisman-worthy wings. Think of this sauce as your wings’ own personal end zone celebration dance. To really show off your “A” game, impress all of your guests with Beecher’s “World’s Best” Mac and Cheese made with a unique combination of Beecher’s Flagship and Just Jack cheeses.
Follow our lead here and we can guarantee two things: The team with the most points will be crowned the champs, and – most importantly – nobody on your guest list goes home hungry.
